​All orders must be made two weeks in advance of their dispatch date, this is so I can arrange for your order to be made just prior to dispatch to ensure it will be as fresh as possible.

If the available dispatch dates do not suit your needs or if you have any additional requests, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly and I’ll do my best to accommodate them.​​

/ Order & Payment Terms

All orders placed through our website must be paid using a valid credit or debit card. Payment is required at the time of placing your order, and funds must clear before we can confirm your order.

/ Allergens

All allergen information is available in each product description. Please be aware that while we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles various allergens and ingredients. As a result, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of other allergens.

If you have any specific allergens you are concerned about please reach out so we can be aware in preparation of your order.

/ Shipping & Collection

​​​​​​All our orders use Royal Mail's 24-hour Tracked as our standard delivery method. This means your order will be dispatched on the day you choose at checkout (your dispatch day).

Please note: While we guarantee dispatch on your chosen day, Royal Mail delivery times may vary. To ensure your treats arrive fresh for a special occasion, we recommend placing your order well in advance and selecting an earlier dispatch date.

If you wish to arrange an alternative option such as collection please get in touch directly before placing any order as costs will vary.
