Hi, I'm Paulina, a Chilean who moved to England in 2019 to take up a job as a research associate in the department of Pharmacology at the University of Cambridge. After completing my postdoc in 2023, I decided to follow my passion and take the next logical step, which of course is opening an online bakery.

Why make this radical career shift? It's simple: My true passion is baking, especially all varieties of Chilean treats and sweets which I have been doing for friends and family for as long as I can remember. At some stage you just have to go for what you love and that's how Paulina's Chilean Bakery was born — hoping to bring the unique taste of Chilean cuisine to the entire UK!

What makes my bakery unique is the genuine passion and tradition baked into every product. Each treat reflects my heritage, made with time-honored recipes and the highest quality ingredients. When you indulge in one of my creations, you're not just enjoying a delicious treat — you're taking a flavourful journey to Chile, rich with authentic tastes and culture.

All my products are baked with love and prepared fresh for each delivery, so please plan in advance when placing an order. Products available in the shop can be delivered by post using Royal Mail's 24-hour Tracked delivery or can be collected.

I also offer many other products that you can view on my Instagram; these items are available for pick-up only. If you need favours for weddings, birthdays, or any celebration, just get in touch!
